EUCE Scholar-in-Residence Award
With the support of the European Commission and the International Programs Office, the EUCE hosted Dr. Lawrence Ezrow, Director of the Masters Program in European Integration and European Politics, and Dr. Natasha Ezrow, Lecturer; both of whom are with the Department of Government, University of Essex, as Scholars-in-Residence 2008.
Lawrence Ezrow’s current research interests include comparative political representation, political parties, political institutions, and quantitative methodologies. He has published in the British Journal of Political Science, the European Journal of Political Research, the Journal of Politics, and the American Journal of Political Science. He received his Masters and Doctoral degrees in political science from University of California, Santa Barbara, and he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Vrije Universiteit (VU) in Amsterdam.
Natasha Ezrow’s lecturing experience includes stints at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) in Amsterdam, the University of Amsterdam, and the University College Utrecht. Her research interests include comparative politics, international political economy, development, and democratization, and currently teaches courses in Development and International Relations. Natasha received her Masters and Doctoral degrees in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
The Political Science Department, College of Liberal Arts, served as their academic host during the stay at Texas A&M University.
